Privacy and data use
This notice explains how Bluevelle Compass handles information during the public beta. Effective September 7, 2026.
Use of Compass is also governed by the Bluevelle Compass Beta Terms.
What Compass collects
Compass processes the business problem, workflow details, systems, approval rules, and data requirements that you choose to enter. If you request a Bluevelle review, it also processes the contact information you submit.
How information is used
Discovery answers are used to generate your automation blueprint. Contact details are used only to respond to your request for a Bluevelle review. Compass does not use your information to execute automations or access the business systems you name.
Where blueprints are saved
The Save action stores your blueprint in the local storage of your browser. It is not synchronized across devices. You control whether to download, print, share, or submit the blueprint to Bluevelle.
AI processing
The public beta uses the built in planning engine unless Bluevelle explicitly configures a model. If a model is enabled, Bluevelle will operate it through the configured private service boundary. Compass does not send discovery answers to a public hosted AI provider by default.
Analytics and reliability
Compass uses privacy conscious Vercel analytics and performance measurements to understand aggregate usage and diagnose reliability problems. Bluevelle does not intentionally include discovery answers or blueprint content in analytics events.
What not to enter
Do not enter passwords, access tokens, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health records, or confidential source documents. Describe the type of sensitive information involved instead of entering the information itself.
Retention and your choices
Unsaved discovery requests are processed for generation and are not written to an application database in this beta. Build requests may be retained as business correspondence. You can remove a locally saved blueprint by clearing browser storage.
